Reduce Dark Eye Circles

If you are abusive of your body, say not getting enough sleep- your body has its witness. Even if you promised, repented and committed to having a good night’s rest every night your body will forever remind you on how abusive you are.
Dark eye circles do not vanish instantly, even if you have developed them a long time ago. They seem to be getting worse and you feel helpless for not knowing how to reduce those dark eye circles.
Here are some helpful tips given by those who suffered dark circles, for you to reduce those dark eye circles too:
  1. Reduce the amount of time you spend in front of the TV and the computer. Radiation emitted by the TV and computer causes the vessels around the eyes to swell, thus developing dark eye circles. Giving several rests to your eyes by closing them for a few minutes will be helpful.
  2. Invest on an effective under eye cream. Ask friends if they have used one. Try creams that have established brand names. Be careful when applying the cream under your eyes.
  3. Do not just put the cucumber on your eye area- eat it afterwards. Cucumber is not only applied on the eye area but eaten too. Eat more fruits and vegetables to fight of those dark circles.
  4. Eat foods rich in iron. Those dark eye circles may be symptoms of iron deficiency or even anemia.
  5. It is always best to go to the doctor and find out the cause of your dark circles. It may be caused by a disease or sickness.
